2008 is here and kidding season is going very well. We started with two of our three Saanen dairy girls so we had a good supply of milk for any babies that might have needed it. Turns out we had a few that did but in all it has been a success. Ted and Fred ended up in the kitchen for an extended stay but they are in the barn now and they HATE it. They think they are people or puppies not goatie babies.

We have 2 Saanen/Alpine wethers for sale. They were our boys' 4H projects last year and have wonderful personalities. We'd like to see them go to a good home rather than an auction or a freezer! They are Jack and Rufus and are very sweet.
